U.S. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed after payment has been received. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is sent out.
To ensure you're getting the best and most accurate rates possible, shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page depending on both the weight of the package and destination.
Shipping options at checkout:
Priority shipping: 1-3 business days
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
International shipments typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive, which depends on your location and the speed of customs. Customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items for an exchange or to receive an online store credit (there are no refunds). All returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or exchange. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Store credit for returns does not include shipping charges, unless the return is the result of our error.

To qualify for free return shipping your return must be made within 7 days of receiving it. Returns made after 7 days will need to be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt, and will require a handling & processing fee of $6.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be credited to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge.
You must return your items within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package and ship to the address listed below. All international returns will be issued a store credit. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. *We do not accept international exchanges at this time. If you wish to return an item, please do so and repurchase using the issued online store credit.
