DELIVERY & RETURNS

U.S. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY POLICY

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed after payment has been received. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking number.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated.

Same Day Delivery orders are must be placed before 2PM to receive same day delivery. Please note that all local orders are delivered via Uber Delivery and require complete delivery instructions.

 

Standard delivery is complimentary for all domestic orders over $600.

 

To ensure you're getting the best and most accurate rates possible, shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page depending on both the weight of the package and destination.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments typically take 1.5 - 3 weeks to arrive, which depends on your location and the speed of customs. Customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

DOMESTIC RETURNS: All returns must be pre-approved by Zevelyn Jean and received within seven (7) business days of authorization of the return. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED. Zevelyn Jean must receive a returned product before a store credit will be issued.

 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed after we receive your returned items.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days of email receipt confirmation for an online store credit or exchange. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Store credit for returns does not include shipping charges, unless the return is the result of our error. Please note a $20 restocking fee will be applied to each item returned.
