JaVonnie TaNae is the founder and visual architect of Zevelyn Jean. She is a Southern California native, who gets her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit from her mother [[ Evelyn Jean ]]. JaVonnie’s work ethic was instilled at the age of 15 when she started working in the retail fashion industry. Over the years she excelled learning all facets of the industry, taking an interest in sales, visual merchandising, and operations. During this time she realized the importance of fashion and what it truly meant to her. Fashion has always been a tool utilized to express herself and to connect with others. She also recognized the importance of having personal style, how it highlights individuality and self expression. From then on, she started empowering others to live out loud with her beautiful designs.
